One console for the whole branch

Rentals
Book a car out, hand it over and check it back in. The odometer is pre-filled from the tracker, and kilometres over the daily allowance are charged automatically.
Fleet
Every car with its registration, odometer, depot and history. Cars of the same model share one listing on your website.
Servicing
Service reminders by date and by distance, and a morning email listing every car that is due.
Tracking
Live positions from Cartrack or Webfleet on one map. You see arrivals and departures at each branch, and get an alert when an overdue car is still moving.
Website requests
Quote requests from your own website arrive in the console. Cars that are already booked for those dates can't be requested, and a request becomes a rental in one click.
Team
A login for every staff member, with roles from administrator to view only. Each person sees only their own depot, and every change is recorded.

Your website stays yours

Keep the website you already have. It reads your fleet from SkyTrack and sends quote requests to it, so a car added at the counter appears online and a car that is booked out can’t be requested.

Customers get an acknowledgement by email, and your office gets the request straight away.
